  • Why do I need to rent a car?

    You will need a valid driver's license and a valid major credit card in your name. Proof of full coverage car insurance is required if you're renting a high-end vehicle. Rental requirements must be verified by our rental consultants before the rental.

  • Can I rent if I'm 20 years old?

    Sorry, renters must be at least 21 years of age. (An underage fee of $15 per day applies for renters 21-24 years of age.)

  • Can I add another driver?

    Absolutely! Additional drivers must be present at the time of rental & present a valid driver's license. An additional driver fee of $10 per day will be charged.  Spouses are allowed to drive automatically at no additional cost.

  • I only need the car for 4 hours, can I rent it?

    You can rent a car for any length of time, including just a few hours. The minimum charge, however, is one day during the week and two days on the weekends (Fri, Sat., or Sun. pickup). All rental rates are based on a 24-hour period.

  • Do I have to bring my own child seat?

    Not at all. If you need a child seat, we'll provide one for only $5 per day. Just make sure it's the proper size and you understand how to use it, please.

  • What about GPS?

    Some of our high-end cars have integrated GPS systems. For the rest of our fleet, we rent portable Garmin GPSs for only $10 per day.

  • Can I request a Non-Smoking vehicle?

    Actually, our entire fleet is now non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 for standard vehicles & $1000 for Sport & High-End vehicles will be added to the rental if this policy is violated.

  • Do I need to match up gas levels before I return?

    We make gas simple to use! We'll give you the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Just fill it up before returning. If you'd rather not visit the gas station, we'll be happy to refill the car for you for a $7.00 per gallon refueling fee.

  • Can I drive to Mexico?

    Sorry, vehicles are prohibited beyond a 500-mile radius of the rental location.

  • Can you deliver my car?

    Absolutely! We'll be glad to deliver or pick up your rental car for you for an additional fee. The District, DCA/Regan, and IAD/Dulles $75; BWI $175; NYC $500.  Ask about our select FREE delivery during office hours.

  • How much will you authorize on my credit card?

    That depends on what type of car you're renting. The below minimum deposits will be authorized on your credit card up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental time: Standard Vehicles $250, High-End 1, $800, High-End 2, $1200, High-End 3-4: $1800, High-End 5-6: $2500

  • When do I pay?

    When you rent the car.  All rentals are pre-paid. We accept these major credit cards: AMEX, Visa, and Mastercard.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    As a courtesy, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of two days' rental plus tax.

  • Can someone drive me?

    Absolutely! Just let us know and we'll arrange your driver at a cost of $30 per hour for a minimum of 10 hours. Additional driver fees apply.

  • Do you have a Lost & Found?

    When we find items left in the rental car, we contact the renter via phone, text, or email. All items are held in our offices until the renter can pick them up or make alternate arrangements. After 90 days, if the items are uncollected, they will be disposed of. Due to space limitations, items are not kept beyond 90 days. If you believe you've left something in a vehicle, please call the rental office as soon as possible.
